At Art by nuu, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return
• Eligibility for Returns:
You may return artwork within 24 hours of delivery if it arrives damaged. To qualify for a return, please ensure the artwork is in its original packaging and condition.
• Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@artbynuu.com within the 24-hour window. Include your order number and photos of the damaged artwork to facilitate the process.
2. Refund
• Refund Process:
If a return/refund is agreed upon, refunds will be processed once the returning artwork is received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Processing Time:
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
3. Order Cancellations
• Cancellation Policy:
If you change your mind about your order within the first 24 hours after making a purchase, you can contact us at hello@artbynuu.com to cancel your order. This cancellation option is only available within the first 24 hours if a buyer changes their mind.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Final Sale Items:
Certain items may be designated as non-returnable or final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description for such notices before purchasing.
5. Custom Orders
• Custom Order Policy:
Custom orders are non-refundable. Once payment is received securely through our website, I begin ordering supplies, prepping boards/canvases, readying my workspace, color matching, and outsourcing specific colors requested for your custom request. All details of commissions are discussed and agreed upon prior to purchase, and I will update you on your custom piece throughout the creation process.
6. Shipping Information
• Return Shipping Costs:
In the case of damaged artwork, return shipping costs will be covered by us. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return process.
7. Size and Fit
• Size and Fit:
Please ensure you read all sizes, surfaces, and hanging styles for an artwork prior to purchase to make sure it is the correct fit for your home. If you are unsure about color matching, feel free to ask for a video of the artwork before purchase.
